How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@niko.ai and we will start the process for you.

How long it takes

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription renewals

You can cancel an active subscription at any time from your account billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
